As some of you may know, the Inspectors returned to the school recently to give feedback on the inspection carried out before Easter.
We are delighted to share some of the most significant findings with you below:
Student behaviour was exemplary in the 21 lessons observed and is very good throughout the school.
The school is fully compliant with both national Child Safeguarding and Student Anti Bullying Policies and Procedures.
Teaching and learning is very good.
Parent and Student Voice are very important to us. Here's what our parents / guardians and students said in their responses to the surveys about our school -
84% of parents are happy or very happy with the school.
89% of parents believe there is a good atmosphere in the school.
94% of parents feel welcome in the school.
75% of parents believe the school is well run.
67% of parents believe discipline is good in the school.
73% of students believe there is a good atmosphere in the school (24% expressed no opinion).
89% of students believe the adults in the school treat students with respect/
93% of students stated that they understand the school rules.
77% of students stated that they are getting on well with their learning.
The above and many other observations indicate that we are a school which cares for our students, looks after them, supports them and does its best for them.
We have much to appreciate and to be proud of!
