As January comes to a close, there are a number of newsworthy items for our school community to note and be aware of, some of which are as follows: Our Temporary ASD Accommodation is complete and now in use; work is continuing with the school design team re: our new permanent extension, which we hope will be ready in a few years; Our 1st Year Phone Away Box Initiative is going very well and students are learning to live with each other without having a phone in their hand or pocket for 7 hours daily. We will review this later in the year and possibly extend it into 2nd and 3rd Year for 2024 - 2025; The 3rd Year Mock Exams have ended and reports will be issued to parents / guardians before the February mid term break; The 6th Year Mock Exams have started and will continue until Friday, February 9th; The Options Subjects for next year's 1st Years have been arranged and the assigned options will be posted to parents / guardians before the February mid term break and, finally, our Transition Year Students are thoroughly enjoying their 4 Day trip to Madrid. We are very grateful to the community for its continued support for our school.
